PEKING WOMAN

Peking Man Restaurant is a living archive of family traditions and Sunday morning tea.
But for a new generation, the conventions of the past can sometimes feel like a seat at

someone else’s table.

Tension: Chinese dining often follows patriarchal or age-based hierarchies
on who is served first and how space is taken up.

Insight: Independence looks like choosing how and who you share a meal with.
